Welcome to our on-line Campbell Equestrian Shop. We offer a personalised, reliable service to our clients.

We are a family run business, with a strong understanding of the equestrian market. Our aim is to ensure that you, the customer will be a long term customer of Campbell Equestrian.

You can view our complete range here on our website, and order the products you want on-line, confident that our level of customer service is always of the highest standard. Mastercard, Visa, Solo and Maestro card orders are welcome through our Paypal payment system. You can also check stock availability with our regularly updated on-line database.

Secure Online Payment

We use Paypal to process your payments and hold no credit card information. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay us by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Direct Debit and of course Paypal.

An answer service is available outside these hours. It will speed up our order processing if you can quote your account number if you have one.

Overseas Orders

We are pleased to quote for exporting orders overseas. Postage is charged at cost. Please email in your requirement and we will be able to quote for your order.

U.K. Delivery

Standard Delivery:- Despatch is by a courier service and will be a 3 – 5 working day delivery services, if you require next day delivery please email your request.

If however, you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, you may authorize us to do so by entering this request in the Delivery Notes box at the Check Out. If the parcel should go missing, once it has been delivered, Campbell Equestrian could not accept any responsibility for the loss, so please ensure you ask for the parcel to be left in a secure place. Alternatively you can state an alternative delivery address such as your work address, friend or relative, or request we leave with a neighbour if you are not in.

Upon receiving your order, please check items to be correct and inform Campbell Equestrian as soon as possible (within two days of receiving your order) of any discrepencies.


Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (UK only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don"t forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

Hats and body protectors

Make sure you have the right size as these are non returnable items due to safety reasons.

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.


Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. We will make every effort to maintain the prices published on our website, but from time to time we have to pass on prices increases from our suppliers. Payment is accepted in pounds Sterling only.


Currently Campbell Equestrian does not charge VAT, however this may change in the future but when this occurs prices quoted on the website will be inclusive of VAT, with VAT being show separately on the invoice.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Regulations

All new electrical products that can be recycled will carry the "crossed out wheelie bin" to help you remember to recycle them.

If you purchase an electrical product from Campbell Equestrian we are happy to take your old one back for recycling (this complies with current government WEEE regulations). Simply drop off at the store or give us a ring and we will send our carrier to pick it up for us to recycle free of charge.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.

These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned within 14 days of purchase. This excludes personalized and customized products. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to holidays etc) simply call us and we will be able to extend this term for you.

The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back soiled items, so ensure when trying on rugs etc you use a clean sheet under the rug to ensure it does not get grubby and covered in hairs. Re-package the goods in the original packaging ensuring the original labels are attached.

Please complete the Return Form enclosed with the goods, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.

Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain a certificate of posting, and that the goods are insured against loss or damage. If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of only £4.99 which will be a lot less than the Post Office charge.
